Through this culture, we drive health, safety, and environmental excellence by proactively reducing risk in all areas of our work, and committing to the protection of our employees, clients, communities, and the land that we live and work on.
Our employees take an active role in “owning” safety by regularly participating in our Working Conditions and Behavior Intervention programs. This means that individuals take the time out of their day to stop work when conditions are unsafe, report observations, and provide encouragement and reinforcement to each other by intervening in both safe and unsafe tasks. This feedback is crucial to our business. The data shows leading indicators of our performance, which we continually use to improve our programs and implement new initiatives.
